Who you are buying from
This site is operated by Ghalley Holdings Ltd., Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Allergens and food safety
Every Un-Junked product contains milk, wheat, and sesame. Individual flavours also contain cashew, pistachio, or almond, and all are produced on lines that also handle peanuts, soy, and other tree nuts. Full ingredient declarations, allergen statements, and "may contain" warnings for each flavour are published on this site and printed on every pack.
If you have a food allergy, read the pack before eating. Our products are not suitable for anyone with a milk, wheat, sesame, or tree nut allergy. Un-Junked cookies are vegetarian but are not vegan and are not gluten free.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax, which is added at checkout.
- Products are sold in boxes of four 300g packs.
- An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including where a product is out of stock or a price has been listed in error, and we will refund you in full if we do.
- Product images are representative. Cookie count is approximate and packs are sold by net weight.
Shipping and returns
Our shipping and returns policy forms part of these terms. Because this is a perishable food product we do not accept change-of-mind returns, and we replace or refund orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
Intellectual property
The Un-Junked name, logo, packaging design, photography, and site content are the property of Ghalley Holdings Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act of British Columbia.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
