Shipping
- Shipping is free on all orders within Canada. There is no minimum.
- We ship within Canada only. We are not shipping to the United States or internationally yet.
- Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Port Coquitlam, BC, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
- Orders placed before noon Pacific on a business day normally leave the warehouse within two business days.
- Typical delivery is two to five business days in British Columbia and four to nine business days elsewhere in Canada. Remote and northern postal codes can take longer.
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your box ships.
- Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province.
If something is wrong with your order
Contact us at info@ghalleyholdings.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or in unsaleable condition, we will replace it or refund it. You do not need to send anything back.
Change of mind
Un-Junked cookies are a perishable food product, so for food safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Please choose your flavours carefully before checking out.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act of British Columbia or other applicable consumer protection law. Your statutory rights in respect of goods that are defective, unsafe, or not as described are unaffected.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for seven business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located we will replace or refund the order.
