What we collect
- Your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number if you provide one.
- Your order history and any correspondence you send us.
- Basic technical information about your visit, such as browser type, device, and pages viewed.
- Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider through Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
- To process, pack, ship, and support your order.
- To send you order confirmations and shipping notifications.
- To send marketing email, only if you have given consent, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, with our ecommerce platform and payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies to keep your box contents between pages and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though the shopping box may stop working correctly if you do.
How long we keep it
We retain order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes under Canadian law, and marketing contact details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@ghalleyholdings.com and we will respond within thirty days.
